MANCHESTER VILLAGE — Burr and Burton's Athletic Department has invited professional football player and motivational speaker David Ball to speak to the students on Thursday, March 12, from 7 to 8 p.m. in the gymnasium. The community is invited to attend at no charge.

A graduate of Spaulding High School, Ball played football at the University of New Hampshire where he was an All-American wide receiver and broke Jerry Rice's career receiving touchdown record. After several years with the NFL's Chicago Bears and NY Jets, he is currently with the CFL's Hamilton Tigercats. Ball started a company called D.R.E.A.M Sports Productions LLC and in the off season he speaks to groups about how to make dream a reality.
