Burglary reported in Townshend

TOWNSHEND - On June 3, 2013, the Vermont State Police received a report of a burglary that had occurred at the Germain residence in the Town of Townshend.

A member of the State Police was assigned the case and learned the following. On June 1, 2013 at approximately 8 a.m., Mr and Mrs Germain left their home on State Forest Road in Townshend and later returned home between 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to find that someone had broken into their home. The Germain's discovered personal items; to include jewelry, cash and a 42" VIZIO LED HD television had been stolen from the home.
