BROC able to help with Vermont Health Connect
BENNINGTON >> There is still time to sign up for health care in Vermont. Open enrollment for Vermont Health Connect programs will continue through Jan. 31, 2016.
After that, applicants with a qualifying event, such as the birth of a child or other life changing circumstance, can still select qualified health plans. Those who may be eligible for Medicaid may also apply year round.
BROC-Community Action in Southwestern Vermont has certified navigators on staff that can help clients select health plans, assist with applications or recertification for Medicaid, and answer questions about applications already in process.
Hours are flexible and by appointment. In Rutland County, call 802-775-0878 for an appointment; in Bennington County, call 802-447-7515.
