BPI to hold golf tournament

BENNINGTON - Bennington Project Independence, Adult Day Service, and The Bank of Bennington - the tournament sponsor - invites the public to "Swing into Spring" on Friday, May 9, at the Mt. Anthony Country Club in Bennington for the Third Annual BPI Golf Tournament.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the adult day programs and services at BPI, located at the Dr. Richard A. Sleeman Center on Harwood Hill in Bennington.

Bennington Project Independence (BPI) provides comprehensive care and life-enriching services for older persons, younger adults with disabilities and their family caregivers throughout Bennington County.

Opportunities for Tee Sponsorships and golfer registrations are currently available. The tournament day will include golfing at the Mt. Anthony Country Club, lunch on the course, hors d'oeuvres, a Hole-in-One Contest, and a challenge shot with Jason Morrissey. There will also be skills contests with prizes including an autographed photo of pro golfer, Phil Mickleson. There will also be a 50-50 drawing and a raffle for a 100 Lottery Ticket Basket. This tournament is a four person scramble format.
