Boost healing using oils

LONDONDERRY >> Join friends and neighbors at The Meeting Place at Neighborhood Connections on Thursday, Feb. 18 at 1 p.m. for a "Health Bodies: Boost Healing and Feel Better" presentation to learn how you can improve physical and emotional well-being using essential oils and aromatherapy. This is the second in a series of lectures by Gail Mann, yoga teacher and wellness coach of YogaUnbound, based on her extensive research and experience with essential oils.

From common aches and pains to chronic disease and bouts of flu, essential oils calm the nervous system and boost the immune system to restore equilibrium. This lecture will explore how essential oils help keep you healthy throughout the winter; reduce cortisol levels and increase serotonins; improve respiration, circulation and hormonal functions; reduce insomnia, headaches and digestive disorders; and reduce pain and the impact of osteoporosis. There is no charge to attend, but reservations are necessary; call 824-4343.
