BBA students perform at Lincoln Center
They were part of a 175 member chorus from around the world and accompanied by an 88 piece orchestra from Lincoln Center.
"It is hard to put into words. The music was epic. Working with, and meeting the composer [was] unreal. The look on our student's faces as they walked on the stage of Lincoln Center [was] priceless," said Neil Freebern. "Ultimately, the ability to explore the emotion that music evokes in a setting surrounded by incredibly talented artists is truly a gift. It really is about community. [It] does not get much better than this."
"This was a singular opportunity for our students to perform in a hallowed venue surrounded by professional musicians," said BBA Headmaster Mark Tashjian. "This whole event is a tribute to the quality of program that has been developed under the extraordinary leadership of Neil and Julie Freebern."
