Arlington business burglarized

ARLINGTON -- According to a report from the Vermont State Police, troopers from the Shaftsbury barracks responded early Friday morning to a reported burglary at Chem Clean in Arlington. When they arrived the owner of the store was already there and advised someone forced his main door open. The suspects attempted to remove a safe from the store but we unsuccessful.

There was a set of tire tracks at the scene and two sets of foot prints. During the incident the suspects damaged the door causing approximately $200 worth of damage.
