The original application was proposed by Rize Properties. That application was also supposed to go in front of the DRB during the Nov. 14 meeting but was postponed until a later date pending negotiations between Subway and the landlord Herb Donner of Rize Properties.
Late attempts to contact Rize Properties before press time were unsuccessful. According to the application, the Subway would have served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with hours of operation from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
