WINDSOR -- With a shot at a 20-0 regular season record in reach, the Burr and Burton Academy boys basketball team took care of business against Windsor on Friday to the tune of a 69-41 win.

Tyeshawn Gadson had 16 points to pace the Bulldogs, while Conor Harrington had 12 and Jack Bunker and Taylor Muench each added eight in the win. Ryan Smith kicked in seven assists in the winning effort.

"It was a good win for us to wrap up the season," said coach Dave Shehadi.

While the Bulldogs have downplayed their record all season, Shehadi said that now that the team has accomplished the feat, it feels special.

"We tried to not pay attention to it, but now that it is complete it is a great accolade for the players. We really weren't expecting that. This is a great group of guys, and it is something that doesn't happen often."

The Bulldogs will be the top seed in the Division I playoffs, with the seed announcements coming on Monday.
