BENNINGTON -- After a perfect 18-0 campaign and second straight state championship, the Burr and Burton Academy boys soccer team dominated the Marble Valley League all-star list in Division A, garnering four first-team nods.

Bulldogs leading scorer Reid Conde (17 goals) and his brother, defender Ian Conde were chosen, along with teammates Liam Kelleher and Sean Paradis.

Kelleher scored a goal in the Division II championship game against Montpelier.

Coach Pete Mull was named as co-coach of the year along with Kirk Abrahamson of Rutland.

For Mount Anthony, Andrew Slade was the lone Patriot representative. Slade tallied four times during the 5-9-1 campaign, including in the playoffs against Burlington.

In Division D, Arlington had four players on the first team, including leading scorer Fred Pickering, who tallied 19 goals.

Alex Hawley was chosen as a defender, as was Alex Trayah on an Arlington team that won its opening round playoff game and finished 7-7.

DJ Jennings earned the first-team goalkeeper spot for the Eagles. John Esposito earned a second-team All-MVL spot as well.
