DORSET - This year, children's tennis lessons are being offered by the Barrows House. Sawyer DeVries and Nina Shehadi, both Burr and Burton graduates and now college students, will be giving tennis lessons to children ages five through 12 years af age. The charge is $20 a day for a two hour lesson. The lessons will be given on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. The lessons will be given through mid-August. The Barrows House will be offering a limited number of both single and family memberships for use of the pool and tennis courts. The pool is open until mid-Spetember and the courts are in use through fall foliage. If interested call the Barrows House at 802-867-4455 for membership information.
