Mark Skinner Library closing for staff education

MANCHESTER — Mark Skinner Library will be closed on Tuesday, May 13 and Wednesday, May 14 so that staff may attend the Vermont Library Conference. "We look forward to sharing what we've learned (at the conference) with our library customers," said Cheryl Stillson, Assistant Director.
