Rug hooking lessons

RUPERT — Liz Williams of McAdoo Rugs will teach a punch rug hooking workshop on Saturday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Merck Forest & Farmland Center, 3270 Route 315.

Participants will work on a 6 inch x 6 inch sampler, learning the technique of rug hooking but not going home with a finished piece. Chair pads and rug kits, materials and an instruction book will be available for sale. Space is limited and pre-registration is necessary. To sign up call Linda or Mandy at 802-394-7836.
