Vermont State Police Trooper James Wright said Kent Stafford, 20, of Dorset, was arrested Tuesday for the vandalism that occurred some time between Saturday and Monday. Wright said a vehicle caused damage to the school's fields, sign, tennis court and other property.

Wright said Stafford admitted to causing the damage during the investigation. He was issued a citation to appear in Bennington Superior Court Criminal Division on Aug. 6 for a felony charge of unlawful mischief
