LONDONDERRY - Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Vermont (HCRS), whose headquarters is in Springfield, now has a case manager based at Neighborhood Connections every Thursday, from 12:30-4:30 p.m. This move will help bring their wide range of services to local citizens who are unable to travel to one of their regional offices, which, in addition to Springfield, are also located in Brattleboro and Hartford.

HCRS promotes prevention and early intervention, supporting overall health and wellness for individuals/families. The agency serves over 4500 individuals and families every year across Windsor and Windham counties with the goal to help them live happy and successful lives.

With five major service programs, HCRS provides drug and alcohol treatment, help for citizens with severe and persistent mental illness, support to children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and children, youth and family programs.

For more information, or to make an appointment, call Noreen Lenilko at (802) 824-4343, the social worker at Neighborhood Connections.
