Learn simple but powerful ways to open, increase, and balance the flow of life force throughout the body-mind-heart. Participants will discover how to keep their whole being nourished and alive with yoga breathing, yoga flow and yin yoga, as well as deep relaxation. All levels are welcome. Those who are planning to attend are asked to bring a mat and towel or blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
Gardner is a personal trainer and certified Yoga, Pilates and Zumba instructor. She is donating her time and expertise to conduct this free session for the library.
