The practice of yoga offers many physical, emotional and mental health benefits. As a non-competitive activity yoga breathing and postures promote physical strength, flexibility and balance. The practice requires being mindful and saying present. With a shift from an active external focus to a quiet internal focus, self-awareness and self-acceptance are expanded. Participants will have an opportunity to sign up for more classes. Beginners are welcome. Bring a mat, if you have one, and wear comfortable clothes.
