MANCHESTER - The Manchester Music Festival's Michael Rudiakov Music Academy (MRMA) will present its Fall recital on Sunday, Nov. 10 at 3 p.m. at Israel Congregation of Manchester. Violin, viola and cello students of Joana Genova, Deanna Baasch, Vesela French and Jared Shapiro will show their progress and play a variety of music. Suzuki method violin students of Elizabeth Kilpatrick - some as young as 4 years old - will also perform and demonstrate their newly acquired skills.

Established in 2001, MRMA continues to offer the community high quality private and ensemble instruction in violin, viola and cello. The Academy offers scholarships to students of all ages and levels whose families cannot cover the full cost of tuition, putting music instruction within reach of all area children. Manchester Music Festival is a year-round organization offering classical music performances and music education, and hosts renowned musicians and provides a full-scholarship summer chamber music program for pre-professional performers.

For children, MMF's Michael Rudiakov Music Academy provides private lessons in violin, viola and cello, and a youth string ensemble. MMF performs free concerts and residencies in area schools, and each July the organization offers Music Discovery Week, where children can take a week of instrumental lessons with a member of MMF's Young Artists Program.
