Participants will sample cheeses with diverse flavors and textures and learn about fresh and aged artisan and farmstead products. Expect recommendations for creative pairings of fresh blueberries and raspberries, pastes, jams and honey, and tips on creating a cheese board for a summer dinner party.
The pairing will feature artisan cheeses from some of the area's best known farms: Consider Bardwell Farm, Sweet Spring Farm, Crowley and more. Gardenworks supports local cheesemakers and features their products in their marketplace, along with quality cheese from other locales.
