LONDONDERRY >> Why is it we tend to treat our good friends better than we treat ourselves? Instead of silencing our inner critic, how can we learn to treat it as our trusted comrade? Learn to reduce stress and practice new habits of mind that lead to a sense of well-being through mindful meditation by attending this 3-session workshop on three consecutive Tuesdays beginning March 1st at 10:30 a.m. at The Meeting Place @ Neighborhood Connections.
Cheryl Wilfong, a teacher at Brattleboro's Insight Meditation Center and author of "The Meditative Gardener: Cultivating Mindfulness of Body, Feelings and Mind," will lead these guided meditations. Space is limited, so call 824-4343 to make a reservation.
