Attendees will enjoy, and learn how to make, fresh mozzarella, antipasto, Al's fresh tomato tart, arugula salad using good finishing olive oils to achieve the finest salad dressings, and manicotti made the traditional way using handmade crepes. Dessert will be an Espresso Panna Cotta.
A seated dinner with wine in the Trattoria will follow the cooking demonstration.
