MANCHESTER - Tours of the construction site of the new Manchester Community Library, slated to open in fall 2014, will be held on two occasions in August, to familiarize the community with the new facility.

Executive Director Betsy Bleakie and library trustees will lead the tours and point out special features, including the Cafe Commons, the Loft, and the Children's Barn.

"Walk through Wednesdays" tours will be offered on Aug. 27 at 9 a.m. and again at 5 p.m. Call the library at 802-362-2607, or sign up at the library to reserve a spot. Check out the progress that has been made towards completing Manchester's new public library.
