The workshop is open to beginners, those who are curious about the zentangle method or those who practice zentangle regulary.
Zentangle is a meditative method of drawing that involves following steps to create patterns or tangles. There are many benefits associated with zentangle including the power to reduce stress, help improve focus, relieve pain, improve dexterity, and build creative confidence to name a few. Absolutely no skill is necessary to participate. The process was carefully developed to be beneficial to artists and non-artists alike.
