Lini Mazumdar of Anjali Farm in Londonderry will be cooking up some authentic Indian cuisine with vegetables from the market and spices from J.K. Adams Kitchen Store. Patrons make take her recipes home and recreate the dishes for their families.
Fresh picked greenhouse greens, storage crops, grass-fed meats, free-range eggs, honey, maple syrup, prepared and preserved foods, and Vermont artisan crafts may be found at the market through the end of April.
Live music will be provided by the Stonewaulers.
The market takes place at the J.K. Adams Kitchen store on Sundays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
