MANCHESTER - The Wilburton Inn will be featuring renowned Chef David Larousse as a guest chef for the holiday season. He is the author of "The Sauce Bible," which has been a mainstay of culinary schools for over 22 years.

Members of the public can enjoy sampling his fare nightly from Christmas Eve through Jan. 3.

Dinner will be served in the Wilburton Inn's 1902 mansion that has been decorated for the holidays. Cocktails will be served in the livingroom beside the fireplace. There will also be a fireside dinner in the inn's wood paneled billiard room.

The Wilburton Inn has created special holiday events to feature Larousse's culinary talents. There will be a Saturday afternoon holiday tea party with live music from 4-6 p.m. On Sunday afternoon there will be a princess tea party for children with live music from 4-6 p.m. New Year's Eve there will be a dinner dance with dinner seating at 7 and 9 p.m. followed by music and dancing.
