Purpose: The Zoning Bylaw, with the regulations, restrictions and boundaries included therein, serves to implement the objectives and goals set forth in the Manchester Village Municipal Plan. The proposed amendments to the Land Use (Zoning) Map of Manchester Village, are intended to further those objectives by: 1. Changing the Zoning District of Tax Map Parcel No. : 21-20-01. 00, consisting of 3. 6 Acres, (Property of Duff), and lying to the east side of, and immediately adjacent to, business property parcels located along the east side of Route 7A (Main Street) from the Residential (RR-1) Zoning District to the Business (B-1) Zoning District.
2. Changing the Zoning District of Tax Map Parcel No. : 40-50-37. 00, (The 1811 House and Cottage Property of OLY Equinox Holdings, LLC), consisting of 3. 24 Acres, and lying on the east side of Route 7A (Main Street), from the Business (B-1) Zoning District to the Equinox Historic (EHD) Zoning District.
3. Changing the Zoning District of two parcels of property forming part of Tax Map Parcel No. : 21-20-02. 01, (Property of OLY Equinox Holdings, LLC), consisting, respectively, of a 1. 6 Acre parcel of property located on the south side of Union Street, adjacent to the Equinox Golf Club House, and a 1. 0 Acre parcel of property located on the north side of Union Street, adjacent to the Equinox Hotel and Resort Parking Lot, and shown on that document designated as "The Equinox Property Summary Key" as parcels 16-1 and 15-1, respectively.
