This culinary event, sponsored by Vermont Kitchen Supply, will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 5:45-9 p.m. at the Holland/Wiegand residence in Rupert. Chen will create a dinner infusing French and Asian influences with a focus on fish. He will show attendees how to select and prepare a variety of fish and dress them up with the best sauces and sides that accompany each. His cooking classes are a celebration of fresh ingredients, refined yet simply prepared. A seated dinner with wine will follow. Space is limited.
