Camp Lynx offers children ages eight to 10 the chance to explore locations, cultures, history and art movements in a worldwide art investigation. Each day, Edson will lead the group to discover a new location or culture.
These daily mental treks will expose the students to Aboriginal, African, Italian and Egyptian art as well as art movements such as Expressionism, Impressionism and Pointillism. Armed with this knowledge, students will create their own art in a variety of forms and media. There are a few slots remaining for children to join in. Check out the complete LTSummer line-up for children ages five to 12 online at www.longtrailschool.org/ltsummer.
