MANCHESTER - On Saturday, April 27, Chef Robert Barral will lead a cooking demo at the Fresh Market, featuring two of his everyday tart recipes.

Barral has received much acclaim for his restaurant and his teaching program, appearing regularly on WCAX-TV, and hosting weekly classes at his Brandon location. This is a unique off-site opportunity to learn from one of the region's most talented and accessible culinary artists.

A tasting follows each demonstration. Sessions begin at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Each session is $5 per person as a contribution to the Manchester Community Food Cupboard.
