Beginning on Saturday, April 6, from 12 to 3 p.m., Clarendon's Cedar Hollow Farm will be sampling their specialty jams and jellies and talking about their farm program.
On Saturday, April 13, from 12 to 3 p.m. one of Vermont's finest artisanal cheese and cracker duos - Whitney Lami and Castleton Crackers and Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company - will be on hand.
On Saturday, April 27, Chef Robert Barral of Brandon's Café Provence will present two one-hour springtime cooking demonstrations.
The presentations will take place at 1 and 2 p.m. Anyone interested should RSVP by phone no later than April 19. The event will include a tomato tart demo and tasting.
