This informal hike will focus on winter tree identification, threats from invasive plants and insects as well as what options and resources landowners with an interest in forest and wildlife management have access to.
The hike will take place on Saturday Jan. 26 at 9 a.m., meeting in the Red Gate parking lot at the end of West Union St in Manchester. This program is free and open to the public. Dogs are not allowed on this hike.
