BENNINGTON - The Bennington County Beekeepers Club will be meeting on Thursday, Jan. 17, in the Crispe Room at the Vermont Veterans Home in Bennington.

The potluck meal begins at 7 p.m. and the business meeting begins at 7:35 p.m. with guest Mike Palmer, who was the past Vermont Beekeepers Association president.

Note: The 2013 Beekeeping Shortcourse dates are: Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21, and March 7. There will be two hours of instruction for new and beginning beekeepers that will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. each meeting.
