MANCHESTER - The Design Review and Development Review Boards will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. at the Manchester Town Hall, located at 6039 Main Street.

The agenda is as follows: Approve minutes; Design Review Kimball, 4854 Main Street: change color and clapboard material/design; East Branch Farms, off Depot Street: proposed amendment to affordability covenants for one housing unit; Other Business.
