West will lead the class on a culinary excursion through Southeast Asia. She will cook up a menu of pad thai from Thailand, pho from Vietnam, fish amok from Cambodia, sate from Indonesia, and lumpia (or pork adobo) from the Philippines. The class will be hands-on and participants will be free to jump in and help. The class will conclude with a seated dinner.
Space is limited; early registration is required. The fee to attend is $75.
