The Manchester Design Review and Development Review Boards will hold their next regular meetings on Wednesday, Sept. 12. The meetings start at 7:30 p.m. and will take place at the Manchester Town Hall.

The agenda is as follows: Approve minutes; Design Review; Polo/Ralph Lauren, 32 Depot Street: exterior alterations; Drunsic, 39 Bonnet Street: Chamber sign, design amendments; Flying Cow Signs, Main Street: porch addition; Green Mountain Village Shops, Main Street: sign; Hunter Park (Riley Rink, et al), Hunter Park Road: sign; Tetreault, 225 Nottingham Drive: request for a waiver of side yard setback for a garage; Mark Skinner Library, 138 Cemetery Avenue: request to amend/convert prior approval of an easement into a variance related to rear yard setback for the building; Drunsic, 114 Cemetery Avenue: request to amend prior project approvals relative to the barn; Discussion of weekend construction work on Jennifer Lane, at request of Cathy Hill; Other Business.
