MANCHESTER - Rhyme Time for Tots, story time for newborns to age three, will begin at the Mark Skinner Library on Thursday, Sept. 13, at 10:30 a.m. Join th group for stories, songs and activities especially geared toward the very young. This program is free and open to the public. Children must be accompanied and supervised by adult caregivers. The library is located at 48 West Road in Manchester.
