Ms. Andrea Gibbons and Mr. Brian Hubschmann are to be married by Abbot Brian Clarke, O.S.C. on Saturday, Aug. 18, at St. Paul Catholic Church in Manchester, Vt.. Their reception will be at Hildene, the Lincoln family home, immediately following the ceremony.

Ms. Gibbons, 28, is in her fourth year of medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pa. and will be applying for residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 2006.

Andrea is the daughter of Dr. Alice and Mr. Todd Gibbons of Short Hills, N.J. Ms. Gibbons' father is the Vice Chairman and CFO of BNY Mellon in Manhattan. Her mother is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist at the Summit Medical Group in Berkeley Heights, N.J.

Mr. Hubschmann, also 28, is an MBA candidate at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. He works with his brother as a part-time Administrator and Lacrosse Instructor for Building Blocks Lacrosse in Gillette, N.J. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007.

Brian is the son of Dr. Otakar and Mrs. Catherine Hubschmann, also of Short Hills, N.J. Mr. Hubschmann's father is a Neurosurgeon and Director of Neurosurgical Services at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. His mother is a Registered Nurse and the Business Manager of Dr. Hubschmann's private practice.

The couple first met in 1995 as sixth graders at Oak Knoll School in Summit, N.J. They reconnected and began

dating in New York City in 2007 while Andrea was taking premedical courses at Columbia University and Brian was playing for the Long Island Lizards Major League Lacrosse Team. The couple has spent many holidays and weekends in southern Vermont, both summer and winter, and are excited to have their wedding in Manchester.

Andrea and Brian very much want their friends and family to experience some of the beauty of the Green Mountain State and enjoy outdoor activities like paintball, diving in the quarry and hiking. The couple looks forward to spending their first year of marriage in Philadelphia, as they complete their graduate degrees in May 2013.
