MANCHESTER - Jon Bottomms and Meaghan Phillip, are teaming up to offer "3 Month Intensity Training." The goal of the class is to get participants more active and eating well. The next session of training start on Wednesday, Aug. 1.

For three months participants will work out with Bottomms, with the goal of making it to three workouts a week, and meet with Philip to work on goal setting, nutrition, recipes, and lifestyle changes. There will be weekly group meetings and unlimited e-mail support for those that sign up. There will also be monthly body measurement and weigh-ins to help track progress.
