MANCHESTER - Earth Sky Time Farm welcomes the community to the third season of Tuesday Farm Nights at the Wilburton Inn. Every Tuesday, starting July 17 through September, the Earth Sky Time farmers prepare an organic vegetarian feast served buffet style on the inn's terrace overlooking the Battenkill Valley. The globally inspired menu changes weekly based on the produce in season on the farm.

The opening dinner will be June 17 will be followed by a contra dance with live music from the Hubbard Hall Tune Jam Band with calling by Fern Bradley.

Dinner starts at 7 p.m., dancing starts at 8 p.m. Dinner is $20, donations benefitting Hubbard Hall are welcome. Bar service available. To make reservations, call 362-2500.
