EAST DORSET - The Bennington Area Habitat for Humanity Auction/Tag Sale will be held on Saturday, July 21, at A Safe Place Self-Storage in East Dorset.

A preview and tag sale will begin at 9 a.m. and the auction will start at 10 a.m. and will be hosted by Clarke Comollo, auctioneer.

Donations have been coming in since last fall. A partial pre-view of items to be auctioned can be seen at www.benningtonareahabitat.com. Items include chairs for the living room, kitchen, dining room, work room, bar/counter, recreation room, and patio, as well as rocking chairs. Dining room furniture, side and picnic tables will also be available. There will be kitchen items, including a sink, bedroom furniture, lamps, and recreational equipment. New items are coming in weekly.

All funds raised locally stay local. BAHfH tithes 10 percent of all unrestricted contributions to support Habitat's work in developing countries, thinking and helping internationally, while acting locally. Contact bennhabitat@yahoo.com or 367-1000 for more information.
