MANCHESTER - The Garden Club of Manchester is proud to announce the two recipients of the $1,000 scholarships being awarded to further their education in environmentally realted careers. These awards were presented by Elizabeth Van Dyk, President of the Garden Club, and Sandy Sheppard, chairman of the Scholarship Committee, at the awards ceremony at Burr and Burton Academy on May 31.

The winners of the scholarships are Max Sheldon-Johnson, who will attend the University of Vermont, and Cody Ameden, who has been accepted at SUNY-Cobleskill.
