MANCHESTER - Battenkill Real Estate has announced that it is affiliating with RE/MAX of New England and will now operate as RE/MAX Four Seasons. The change is effective as of Nov. 28, 2012. An open house at the RE/MAX Four Seasons office at 2897 Depot St, Manchester was held on Wednesday, Nov. 28 to celebrate the opening.

Battenkill Real Estate has been serving the local real estate market for over 25 years. The Citron family has owned the company since 2003. Dave Citron, principal broker, said, "We believe that we are in the early stages of a turnaround in the real estate market. It is the perfect time to invest in the growth of our company for the future. Joining Dave at RE/MAX Four Seasons is his wife and co-owner, Julie Citron, as well as long time broker/associates Patti Trudel and Fran Whitaker. Patti brings 24 years of experience as well as a GRI designation to the table. Fran is a native Vermonter who has been associated with the firm since 1985.
