Lang McLaughry Spera Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Angie Holmes as Director of the firm's fine properties division, Lion & Davis. Holmes, an Associate with LMSRE since 2008, has been a consistent top producer and has extensive experience in the luxury market. She is known for her commitment, dedication and integrity. Her real estate knowledge extends from the local Vermont market, to regional, national and international markets.

Holmes is taking over the helm at the retirement of the former Lion & Davis Director, Mary von Ziegesar.

A resident of England and graduate from Cambridge University, Holmes relocated to Vail, Colo. in 1980. After five years she moved back to England, where she raised her three sons. In 1996, the family returned to the United States to reside in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, where she worked in marketing and public relations for Burke Mountain.

Following her occupation at Burke Mountain she was employed as the Admissions Director for the King George School, there she worked with children and parents from all over the country and the world. In 2006, Holmes began her career in the real estate industry, servicing the Northeast Kingdom. She maintains many connections both in England and Europe.

Holmes is an avid sportswoman. She played international lacrosse for eight years. She is an accomplished equestrian and she plays tennis, squash and enjoys swimming. Her interests also include cooking, reading, attending the

theatre, and traveling. Holmes is an active Rotarian.

Holmes will be supported by Marla Woulf, Assistant Director of Lion & Davis. Woulf began her real estate career in 2009 as the firm's Executive Assistant to Staige Davis (CEO) and Mary von Ziegesar. She has a strong background in advertising and marketing. Holmes and Woulf will manage the Lion & Davis Program and its leading market share in Northern New England.

Lion & Davis was established in 2000 with the intent and desire to provide both buyers and sellers with the superior services required for marketing distinctive, historical and architecturally unique properties throughout Vermont and New Hampshire, and providing regional, national, and global exposure for these properties.
