MANCHESTER - The Town of Manchester Fourth of July fireworks presentation, interrupted by a severe thunderstorm on July 4, has been rescheduled for Friday, July 6, at 9:30 p.m. at the Dana L. Thompson Memorial Park, according to Town officials. Applejack Field will be opened to the public beginning at 8 p.m. for picnicking.

The presentation, "A Tribute to America" that includes music, will be performed starting with the beginning of the presentation on Friday night. Unlike Wednesday, the weather forecast calls for clear skies in Manchester.

The Dana L. Thompson Memorial Park and Applejack Field are located off of Bonnet Street in Manchester Center, Vermont at 340 Rec Park Road.
