MANCHESTER - The Professional Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA), a member chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 13, starting at 8 a.m. at the Orvis Fishing School Building, located on Route 7A in Manchester, directly across from the Orvis Flagship Store.

The guest speaker will be Kerin Stackpole, leader of the Employment and Labor Law Group at Paul, Frank and Collins, a law firm in Burlington. Kerin provides practical and proactive advice to management teams regarding a wide range of labor and employment issues. Her topic will be "Channeling Sherlock Holmes: Conducting an Effective Workplace Investigation." Kerin has presented at previous PHRMA sessions and is a very popular and well-regarded speaker.

All professionals with responsibility for human resources functions are invited to attend. The meeting is free and non-SHRM members are welcome.
