MANCHESTER - TD Bank has named Louis F. Maguire as Store Manager of the store located at 58 Bonnet St. in Manchester Center.

An Assistant Vice President, he is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout the region.

Maguire has four years of experience in mortgage finance. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a Residential Mortgage Originator at Berkshire Bank throughout Vermont.

Maguire also practiced real estate law for six years before going into the financial industry. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and Vermont Bar Association.

A Dorset resident, Maguire is a member of the Board of Directors of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the organization's Executive Committee and as Treasurer. In addition, he serves on the board of Neighborworks of Western Vermont. Maguire is a 1978 graduate of Plattsburgh State University of New York.
