MANCHESTER CENTER — The Manchester and the Mountains Regional Chamber of Commerce announces Chamber Daze event presenting musician, composer, filmmaker, humanitarian Kelly Moore, President and CEO of Music for Mankind, Inc. of Manchester Center.

The Chamber Daze event will be held on Feb. 4, at 6 p.m. at Inn at Willow Pond, on 74 Willow Pond Road, in Manchester.

Manchester Chamber of Commerce members and the public are welcome to attend, where Moore will discuss his foundation's efforts and show excerpts of his recent documentary "Nicaragua — On The Ground" about his seven day trip to Nicaragua in 2008 as a US Delegate for the Friends of the World Food Program.

Music For Mankind is dedicated to contributing from Moore's concerts and other fund raising events to several humanitarian organizations including the UN World Food Program, Feeding America, Manchester Community Food Cupboard and other local, regional and national organizations.

Moore was invited to speak at the UN International Peace Day event in Exeter, N.H., and the Second Annual Summit on Global Hunger in Washington, D.C., and was an integral part of bringing Circus Smirkus back to Manchester last summer.
