RUTLAND - Historian Paul Andriscin will present a World War II-related program at The Gables at East Mountain in Rutland on Monday, Jan. 28, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. His presentation will focus on the neutrality of the United States prior to Pearl Harbor and the efforts on the home front that helped our nation win the war. The presentation will be followed by a group discussion.

Andriscin is a history professor at Castleton State College and The College of St. Joseph. He holds a master's degree from Vermont College of Norwich University and since 1998 has served as a site interpreter at Mt. Independence Vermont State Historic Site.
