MANCHESTER - The Manchester Music Festival's Michael Rudiakov Music Academy (MRMA) will present its Spring recital on Sunday, March 16 at 3 p.m. at Israel Congregation of Manchester. Violin, viola and cello students of Joana Genova, Deanna Baasch, Vesela French and Jared Shapiro will show their progress, playing a variety of music. Suzuki-method violin students of Elizabeth Kilpatrick - some as young as 4 years old - will also perform and demonstrate their developing skills.

Established in 2001, MRMA continues to grow, offering the community high quality private and ensemble instruction in violin, viola and cello. The Academy, which currently has an enrollment of 30, offers scho lar ships to students of all ages and levels whose families cannot cover the full cost of tuition, putting music instruction within reach of all area children.
